Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. In 2017, she was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her gymnastics program in childhood. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She was one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her college education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and continued from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card to get her college diploma. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. In the show, she finished in third place. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no goals. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. It is common to warm up prior to the actual training. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. The supersetting of all back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
